To overcome this have protein rich,iron rich foods - Diary products,seeds,dry fruits and nuts(almonds,figs,dates,sunflower seeds,flax seeds)leafy vegetables,egg,fish .
Castotr oil helps in fast hair growth increasing hair density.
Hair packs like hibiscus,fenugreekseeds hair packs/masks amla oil ,onion oil helps in controlling hairfall.
