Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal post pregnancy to face hair fall. You should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo. Also keep your hair tied as much as possible.
