Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the diet. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
