After my c section delivery I my suffering from a joint pain..why

A. That happens you to hormonal changes. The pain is my last even for one year after giving birth and you have to do stretching exercises and take calcium medications dailyWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi mom it can be due to multiple reasons such as lack of calcium vit d lack of adequate sleep and rest .. so take adequate rest and diet.. do exercise
