after how many days I eat normal food after delivery

Madam if your doctor has put a restriction on you that you are not supposed to eat normal food or anything in particular then it is a different thing but as far as I know whether it is a C-section or normal delivery doctors do not restrict you from eating basic food which is healthy so there is no problem in that case
