after giving polio drops in the morning my baby got fever

Hello ma’am Well I’ve never heard of kids getting fever with a polio drop but it is a possibility that your child may have got fever due to weather change your polio drops so I would advise you to start giving paracetamol to your child and you can repeat it every eight hours as and when needed for 2 to 3 days
