Q.

After Delivery, my periods were regular for 1 month, and then stops on october 4, After this I intercourse with my partner and now is november 21 ,but periods are not coming, plz suggest me is it normal or not

A. get ultrasound ok. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
