Q.
After delivery mother s uses belt for stomach.But for me doctor said no need of that to me.is it ok .if s y some C-section ed mothers don't need belt

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, It is not necessary if you had C-section. Please follow your doctor's advice. Eat healthy and balanced diet. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Thank you and have a nice day.
