after delivery i have put on weight mostly on upper body... i had C section... how to reduce it

A. Hello To reduce weight , you can 1. Include sprouts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables salads in your meals 2. Avoid fried, sugary, junk, bakery foods 3. Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily

A. Hello dear parent, you should eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally, avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
