After delivery i gained 5kg.. what's best way to reduce it with fulfilment of breast milk to child?

A. 5kg is fine dont worry you can gradually reduce it.

Q. Hello, I had my C section delivery 4 months back. It was pre term delivery due to low liquor. My Weight gain during pregnancy was Ok. I gained almost 8-10kg. After delivery , weight loss was almost 4-5kg. But as soon as I got enough breast milk and breast milk increased, I started gaining weight. I gained almost 5 kg. I didn't get how did I gain weight after delivery. Is that breast feeding which increases weight. Pls help.
