Q.

after delivery I am put on lot of weight how can I loose weight and back in normal figure

A. hi as it has been 6 months after delivery ,you can start doing exercises or yoga regularly but start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, sprouts, fruits more avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
