include variety of homecooked foods with whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.

avoid junk and processed foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour

please do the following things:
after 6 months of delivery, Start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
till that Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene
