ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. After normal delivery there should be a gap of minimum one year before you conceive for the 2nd pregnancy and after c-section there should be a minimum gap of 1.5 to 2 years so that there are less risk factors in your 2nd pregnancy

If you are talking about planning another child and we say a minimum of two years is definitely advisable to maintain a gap and rest would completely depend on to your mental and physical health when you feel perfectly good that you are healthy to carry out another pregnancy please go for that
