A. okay no problem start exercising now b Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi parent Take sunbath daily with head and ears covered in the morning don't use demineralized water for drinking use simply purifed water having tds higher than 350 walk more take couple of bites less than what you really want to include more seasonal fruits in diet.
