after c section delivery hiw to control hair fall problems and my wife face got too much pigmentation how to get rid from that

after the delivery it is better to take calcium and iron tablets until you breastfeed your child to avoid these problems.
also use the below recipe for your hair for healthy hair.
In a bowl of coconut oil add of curry leaves powder 3tbsp amla powder1tbsp n methi powder 2tsp n boil. At lat add castor oil 4drops n apply 3days in a week.
for face pigmentation she need to apply a good moisturizer and also daily routine such as washing the face in the morning and evening and also applying a good face pack according to her skin type
