Kalindi BhavsarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mommy Keep 3-4 years gap between two children Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
