after 7 weeks of delivery I occasionally have brown colored discharge, sometimes as spoting sometimes more then that. I also had bleeding two times at the gap of 15 days. Is it normal or what should I do

Hi mommy There may be some hormone changes No need to worry Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
