after 3.5 months vaccine in government then which one need to take from pvt hospital

A. Hello my dear parent! At government hospitals, you will be getting only mandatory vaccines, whereas at private hospitals, you will be provided with both mandatory as well as optional vaccine for the baby. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
