Take Iron and omega-3 supplements regularly for at least six months apart from that I do recommend you that you should definitely make an onion coconut oil which you can apply into your scalp 3 to 4 times in the week you can keep it overnight and then you can wash it prefer using good hair for shampoo something like Sebamed
