actually my son has a small gland in neck on the right side and it's movable .is it any problem

it should be swollen lymphnode
the thing is ,when body fight with infection
or when virus or bacteria attacks body ,lymphnodes in body try to filter them out and prevent infection
so the swollen lymphonde is indicating that child body is fighting with infection
