Q.

actually i got periods on 7th of june and after that on 18th july and it lasted for almost 15 days and again on 7th august i got my periods and its still there is it a matter of concern. please suggest me something for loosing weight too...

A. diet modification is the key as well as you need to do cycling brisk walking and simple exercises to begin with at least 5 to 6 days in a week. you need to cut off sugar and extra carbohydrates from your diet deiand include good protein intake in your diet avoid any kind of junk food. a balanced diet containing high fibres and plenty of fluids will be of great help. thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other form of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.
