if the child is having regular cold and cough then you can go for annual flu vaccine for the child which will help in decreasing viral fever and viral cold and cough

There is no such vaccination which is mandatory for hormones so I think you should consult your doctor first you haven’t mentioned clearly what is the age of your child so it would be good for you to check with your doctor whatever vaccination would be aligned as per the age the doctor would advise you on that
