Q.

Aarna is heading towards her 11 months on 24th of this month. Her gum is tight and symptoms are there of teeth coming out but as compared with other child she has no teeth so far. Is it a matter of concern? But all the symptoms are clear so far that her teeth might comes out somewhere. what are the reasons behind such delay? Between she eats almost everything with her gums and so far she has no issues in eating. please guide and advise.

A. Hi this is not delayed teething.. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething and gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

A. Hi parents please don't get panic about this matter because it is natural process you can wait till completing one and half years please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give Babyhug pre cool silicone teether for chewing
