Once in a while it is alright to indulge but not very frequently, Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Avoid too much of refined sugar
