#aaktheexpert I am a mother of 2 months old. She is completely on breastfeed. I just had a query with regards to my diet. Do I need to crush chapati and eat it with dal Or any liquidy sabzi? Usually I eat it with a dry sabzi without crushing chapati. Is it the reason my baby has a lot of gas and stomach ache?

A. Hello mom , it just important that you prefer to opt for easy to digest foods and chew your food well enough , their could possibly be certain foods that could mostly trigger gas so avoid them

A. Soak the Roti in dal or water which keeps it soft for a long time when introduced initially. You can also offer Chapati soaked in milk(breastmilk or formula) while offering the first time. For older babies who can chew, offer it as small pieces of soft Rotis.
