A white colours is seen in my 4 month sons face

A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyoxnd two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity,x allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies,dry skin, or Infection so better to check with your pediatrician for once. please keep your child skin well moisturised using any good brand lotion like Babyhug lotion give plenty of breastfeeds maintain good hygiene
