Mam if your child is allergic to any kind of seeds and nuts or dry fruits then you should avoid adding them but flaxseeds are good you can give it there is no problem in giving them but I cannot assure you whether it is going to create an allergy or not that you have to check by knowing whether your child is allergic to something or not
