8 month boy have red ring around anus. it seems pain or itching cus he cries whenever cleaning anus. we didn't use diaper. rarely used when we go out. this ring appears monthly once and he starts cry and like irritating in pain . and then disappear itself and come again. what could be the reason

A. Dr could you plz mention the full cream name. siloderm or siloderm c cream

A. apply siloderm ointment io. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
