Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.x
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor andx give warm water to drink.

Yes it is common to get as winter start
please keep your child well hydrated
choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child
you may give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves
