7 month ka baby hai mera uske food mein sugar or salt kab dalna start kare

It is advisable that you start giving salt and sugar to the baby after 1 year of age only,
You can sprinkle a little bit of pepper if you want now

as such no need of it but if you want to add you can start to add but in very very small quantity
because young babies don't have fully developed digestive system so their kidneys can not cope up with extra amount of salt
