6 year old can take vit A vaccination or not with minus 3 eye sight( not taken before). Is this improve eye sight or help vision.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. vitamin a will not improve the eyesight of the child in case of refractive error. it will only prevent vitamin a deficiency and night blindness if the child is suffering from that
