50 year old female she has diabetes and her foot looks like in the image attached .is there any home remedy available ?

A. do not go for home remedies she needs proper management of diabetes and care of the foot Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. hi well in diabetes ,the wound takes time to heal. you can apply pure aloe vera gel or thin paste of Turmeric powder and water at this area.
