5 month old is having fever but he is vomiting out the fever medicine. What to do ?

A. Well actually then if the child is vomiting within first 30 minutes of giving the medicine then repeat the medicine for the child and put it in the corner of the mouth where the molars come so it will directly go inside the mouth of your child and keep the head in the elevated position and do cold sponge that will help in breaking the temperature
