5 and half old my baby. can I take lactare tablet and powder ....this two item breast milk supply increase ..but am confused is this products safe or not safe please tell me ...

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also yes you can take it and also have Shatavari powder with cowilk twice day and also have meethi seeds early in the morning ame increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products to produce more milk.
