4month old baby pull his up while feeding and it seems like he is not comfortable what was it

It is quite normal babies do this. Some babies don’t take sufficient milk in one take in such a case you have to feed your baby in less time gap. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old
