4 months back I had csection delivery I stay on 3rd floor. can I start using steps.

A. Yes you can use the stairs once or twice a day but don’t do it for the sake of losing weight or exercise because you need to avoid extra pressure on your abdomen until you complete a minimum of six months.Write Your Answer Here
