4 month baby boy weight is 6.5 kg ,height 67cm nd head 43 cm ...tu baby ka weight nd height is good...plz reply me

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. According to age baby it is totally fine and height is also fine. Continue breastfeeding your baby. And there is no need to give anything else to your baby till baby turned six months old.
