3 year old baby having fever since 3 days..it stops when I stop paracetamol syrup again comes what is the reason.when I give paracetamol again it stops.after 10 hours slightly increasing temperature why.today again cough and cold. today I consult doctor give some medicine and told if fever comes give paracetamol..

A. fever more then 100 f is not normal and it needs a detail evaluation to get the right diagnosis, which will help to plan right treatment further. good to consult your doctor in person.
