what's the reason behind frequent fever 2 to 3 times within a month in 3 year old and along with cough (Dry with sound). fever subsides when used paracetamol and cefixime. but it comes again after few days.

A. low immunity kids have are the main reason.. Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections. proper hand washing is important.. give immunity booster food
