Give two major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
