Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variationss around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be givean only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. The child is too small I would suggested to have a proper course of medication video treating doctor Siddha chalice too small I would not recommend you to give any medication to the child without consulting the doctor
