3 month old baby right eye smaller than left eye .

I don’t think so I think there’s a little swelling on the left eye of your child and that is why is looking like this that this is looking little smaller but if you have a doubt about it you can get it examined with an ophthalmologist because with this picture I think there is a swelling that is why it is looking smaller than the other eye
