27Week pregnancy. Why GCT comes high though Hb1AC is still within range? Only expert reply. Here are readings. GCT with 75gm- 191 (should <140) TSH- 2.39 Hb1AC Within range Hb1AC- 4.7, last 3month- 88.19 Hb1AC IFCC- 27.85, last 3 month- 4.88

So this condition can develop at any time during pregnancy and HbA1c actually reflects the last three months glucose control.
