Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. it is absolutely fine if the noise is coming during baby is asleep nothing to worry about it just check whether baby is not having cough and cold and congestion in chest if it is so then you should give warm compression on chest back neck and feet and cover baby's head and feet properly E and apply Vicks Vapour rub on chest
