A. Hi dear Take adequate rest and sleep. Do exercise during pregnancy by consulting ur gynaecologist. Take supplements as prescribed. Daily walk routine to be maintained Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups except papaya and pineapple during pregnancy. Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time
