2 yrs 11 months runny nose π€§ no fever , dry coughing , earlier had mild adenoids previously using asthakind dx , what should I continue with ?

This medicine was suiting your child and if it has been suggested by the doctor then you can use use the same medicine because when the situation is of adenoid itβs always good that you continue with the medicine which has been previously suggested by the doctor or follow the treatment suggested
