A. Hello dear parent, Jab bache daant kir kirkarte Hai to wo Yan toh calcium ki kami se karte Hai Yan pet me keede hone ki wajah se karte Hai. In dono ki medicine ke liye Aapko doctor ko hi personally dikha a hoga. Kyunki Bina examine kite, aise medicine Nahi bta Sakte.
