15 days ago my baby suffer from dengue fever and again from 2 days she getting fever please tell us what’s the problem?

A. we need in the evaluations like blood test in the baby for diagnosis for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
