NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the child is having dry skin then make sure to keep it well hydrated by applying a suitable baby lotion that is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and also of the baby's skin is very much dry then you can even be using baby wash instead of soap to maintain the the hydration level
