13 weeks old baby has declined babbling. Do babies start and stop babbling?

Hi Only 13 weeks of age as of now a lot of changes you can see you sometimes they do Babbal quite a lot and sometimes they don’t they just suddenly stop doing it but that’s normal because you know what happens after the age of 12 weeks kids mostly gain their vision so they just so fascinated with the surroundings that the rather more excited than blabbering
